Vegetable Garden

Happy Monday Friends~ I worked in my vegetable garden this weekend and happy to report that the Brussel Sprouts, Eggplants, Swiss Chard and Edamame are growing beautifully. I will be cooking Swiss Chard and Eggplant today. Recipes and pictures will be posted soon.
